1.Acceptance of Terms

By creating a locker, making a purchase, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2.User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

3.Digital Locker Service

The Digital Locker is a virtual inventory management tool. Physical goods remain the property of the purchaser until delivered to the student. School Paladin acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for loss or damage after handover to the school (unless caused by our negligence).

4.Orders and Payments

• All prices are in the displayed currency and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that violate school policies.

5.Delivery & Handover

• Delivery schedules depend on school calendars and logistics partners.
• Parents/schools are responsible for ensuring correct delivery addresses and permissions.
• Delays due to customs, school closures, or force majeure are not our liability.

6.Prohibited Items

Users may not add or request items prohibited by the child's school (e.g., certain electronics, food, or valuables). School Paladin may remove such items without refund.

7.Refunds and Returns

• Returns accepted for defective or incorrect items within the stated window.
• Perishable goods, personalized items, and opened hygiene products are generally non-returnable.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

8.Intellectual Property

All content on the platform (logos, text, images) is owned by School Paladin or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse without permission.

9.Privacy Policy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data.

10.Limitation of Liability

School Paladin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for issues arising from school policies or student behaviour. Maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the affected order.

11.Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of terms, fraud, or abuse. You may close your account anytime (subject to ongoing orders).

12.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

13.Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
